Karmesha Peevy has been a realtor in the San Antonio area since July of 2022 and has been with Core Values from the beginning of her career. Attention to client wants and empathizing with their needs is a skill Karmesha prides herself on along with putting people in the right home in the San Antonio area. Many of these skills were instilled during her time in the military. She also emphasizes client empowerment by providing the training and individual touch that provides the home buyer or seller with the information and tools needed to get the right deal for them.

In her spare time, Karmesha likes spending time with family and singing terribly to Karaoke.

Karmesha graduated from the Community College of the Air Force with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.

Military Affiliation

Throughout 22 years of service in the United States Air Force (2000-2022), Karmesha held various positions including Information Manager, Base Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Manager, Client Systems Administrator, and Physical Security Specialist (just to name a few).  I received Airman, Non-Commissioned Officer, and Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter as well as being a decorated veteran serving in Iraq, Qatar, various regions in Asia, and throughout the United States.
